Request: Please update Readme #313

Following the youtube tutorial, I ran as admin but encountered following errors: Download Externals 100% finished, but files do not extract to externals\ afterward FileNotFound config_files\output_options.yaml edit: It seems dandere2x took the program path of launcher (file manager) as it own and extract zip to that path.

However, when running as standard user, I completed the yn_moving.mkv upscaling task and encountered no error. (Win10 21H2) Please verify the admin requirement.
