`devopsSettings.json` randomly deleted on promote #51

I am not sure where this is happening and it only happens every once and a while, but sometimes after a akamai pipeline promote my devopsSettings.json file gets deleted.

Thank you for the bug report. We recently identified the cause of this issue and have a new release coming out in about a week.
