Native stick orders as mix input #56

The facts :
Open9x use the stick orders as input only with exponential and dual-rate
formatting.

The problem :
For some advanced gliders settings (typicaly snap-flap in F3F / F3B), it is
necessary to use the native stick orders (so without expo and D/R) as mix input
to keep constant the travel of the servos regarding to the stick travel with no
influence of the rates of expo and dual-rate.

My proposal :
Add dedicaded entries for native orders of the 4 sticks, named for example :
ail#, thr#, dir#, ele#.

That I agree is a good thing, and easy to implement :)

Indeed. Easy to implement except one thing: I need a bit for that in MixData
and I don't have any free!

What about entries in the (already very long) mixer source list?

Yes, my proposal was to add entries in the mixer source list.
