MySolidWorks: some of the videos are banned #2

This is really unfortunate.

Dassault has published the Solidworks for Makers product, but the training material is not aware of it, it seems.

Or.. perhaps I do something wrong. Here's the details.

Expected

Going to MySolidWorks > Training > Catalog, I can watch all the videos available for me.

Actual

Videos have access levels Guest, Standard and Professional:

I am only able to view the videos with access level Guest.

An example: Part Modeling Basics learning path.

As a Solidworks for Maker customer, I would expect to be able to view these all.

How did I log in?

Questions

  1. As a Solidworks for Makers customer, am I supposed to be able to see all the videos?
  2. Is it okay to log in using 3DExperience ID, instead of Solidworks ID?

This has one Learning Module on Solidworks, which duplicates videos available in MySolidWorks for guests (= anyone).

It's not bad, but it's insufficient. MySolidWorks has relevant videos which are kept away from Solidworks for Makers customers.
