Not downloading complte data

I have input almost 4000 entries in my project , but while downloading the data 
in XML format it only downloads 1000 entries and in in CSV format it gives 
error , " A server error occurred.  Please contact the administrator" name of 
my project is pbcrc

please help

Hi,

The error you're seeing on the CSV download is a timeout. I'll look into this, 
and hopefully come up with something soon.

also please look into xml format as well, it downloads only 1000 records , it 
should download all records

I was wondering if your problem has been sorted. We are planning a massive 
vaccination campaign on stray dogs and we will use epicollect. We will upload 
over 50,000 entries in two weeks. Will it be able to support it?

I suggest you to make seperate project for each every operator so that so that 
you may not face this type of problem,  or make seperate project for each day 
to avoid any problem
