Fix add border when empty and connect transform panel #724

## Summary / How this PR fixes the problem? Add TransformedRectangle concept Fixed assert with adding borders where non existed. Connected geometry to transform panel. Only updating, not modifying it. This is good for debugging geometries, and looks nice :) ## Steps to Test ## Screenshots
