Hi, first time logging a new feature request... So apologize.

1) option to embed index notes so that the root index is the index of the whole vault 2) option to style differently MD, files and index (and more) with . . ==.== . etc

This one may be another topic : how to have multiple settings. I woul like to use zoottelkeeper with several behaviours (embed or not, exclude, naming, format) in parallel

  1. is not well rendered. I meant bold, italic, highlighted etc
