The Bootstrap code in the examples makes grokking ng2-dnd more difficult

I want to submit a comment about the README.

• What is the current behavior?

The example code in the README is extremely difficult to follow due to all of the noise of the Bootstrap classes and extraneous row divs. All of that should be removed so that the example code is very clear and straightforward.

• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem via https://plnkr.co or similar.

So that users can read the example code and understand ng2-dnd, even if they are unfamiliar with Bootstrap.
