Describe the solution you'd like Introducing a chatbot to the Moksh website would provide instant support and answers to users' queries, enhancing their experience. The chatbot can assist in navigating the website, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring users find the information or resources they need quickly.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative solution could be adding a comprehensive FAQ section or a ticket-based support system. However, these methods do not offer the immediacy and interactive experience that a chatbot can provide.

Context A chatbot can significantly improve user satisfaction by providing real-time assistance and support, reducing the need for manual intervention and enhancing overall site usability. It can also collect valuable feedback and insights into user behavior, helping to continuously improve the website.
