Messages UI issue breaking whole app UI #287

When you use the chat messages demo on Android Pixel 3a and go to enter a message the keyboard sliding up causes the whole app to repositions itself in a weird undesired way. I was going to use this UI kit until I saw that.. It literally breaks everything.
