This pull request merges the exploratory branch developing the transcription-> translation -> summarisation pipeline.

It adds:

A working pipeline in the src/arc-spice/pipelines
A test script for the pipeline in scripts
A notebook in notebooks with the development notes

Ignoring the failing tests and problems with the repo for now given the direction of development.
