Improve evidence element fields (i.e. not just blank box, but maybe DOI, URI, or URL type)

Short-term: Adding just a "Link to document" (e.g. URL, DOI; verified). Long-term: Integration with other platforms, GitHub URL/types of documents. (Potential collab with AISH — linking with ISO/BSI standard, adding selection of standards, etc.)
