This user story was created by combining multiple insights from focus groups held in Autumn 2019. These focus groups were a mixture of autistic people, their families, and people from Autistica, the Turing, and Fujitsu. Toggle mechanism does not work on landing page but does work on library page.

WCGA Fail for screenreaders-Buttons require discernable text Fix at least one (1) of these issues:

Element does not have inner text that is visible to screen readers
aria-label attribute does not exist or is empty
aria-labelledby attribute does not exist, references elements that do not exist or references elements that are empty
Element's default semantics were not overridden with role="presentation"
Element's default semantics were not overridden with role="none"
Element has no title attribute or the title attribute is empty
