TODO:

Change it to use a database:
- Figure out how to deal with tag/role columns (i.e. arrays).
- Figure out how to update database (without deleting and recreating).
- Figure out how to get database to automatically update from Forecast on a schedule.
- Pass database details as env variables in app service configuration?
Make it possible to download PDFs (and HTML).
Make it into a proper app.
Code to build app service and database rather than relying on portal.
Authenticate with Turing accounts instead of restricting access to Turing IPs.

https://wimbledon-planner.azurewebsites.net/download now gives a zip of html and pdf files for the person and project whiteboards.

(Go to https://wimbledon-planner.azurewebsites.net/update first to get the latest version of the data, if necessary)
