Extending the WebApp

I'd like to propose a few extensions to the webapp such that:

• It can provide info on remaining credit, not just credit consumed
• It can provide burn rate, and maybe forecast it?
• Users can sign up to be notified via email of when they only have a certain amount of credits remaining and/or the subscription reaches a given burn rate

It would be really cool to have a hack session or two around this topic.

Oh, we absolutely need to track usage easily, to prevent running out. The overall project cost of having a sub disabled and then to re-enable is too great (e.g. loss of compute at deadlines, paper deadlines, public demos etc)
