Run by our team so less demanding than running our own collab cafes.

What needs to be done?

Who can help?

All RCM team.

Thank you for opening this issue @EKaroune - and proposing the idea in the first place.

@cassgvp and I stayed on in the Coffee Chat to speal with @KirstieJane and Sarah. I mentioned that this collab cafe idea has come up. Kirstie suggested that we can align it closely with The Turing Way (umbrella project) or TPS (but she also said that people who don't know TPS would not join).

We can also host it as 'Open Working/Spaces' (something around open science practices that can encompass Turing Way, but also open source service area folks in REG and other teams who may want to co-host different sessions). The format can still be Themed Collaboration Cafes for discussion and coworking.

We can start with one that @eirini-zormpa wants to create - for Early Career Researchers in Health AI/Data science? This could be interesting for @vhellon's scholars scheme candidates too and enrichment students overall.

We might need some planning, so maybe a good topic for next Monday's meeting?
