Created QueryReports module to pull emoji reactions from github
Updated command-line interface to take in:
--issue=ISSUE (absent=none) : an issue (number or title) to query for team reactions.
--notify=NOTIFY (absent=none) : Where to send notifications.
--person=PERSON (absent=none) : Input the name of person to query.
(so --target has become --notify)
I have added githubProjectColumns argument in the config.json to define the columns you want to query (e.g. "githubProjectColumns": ["Finding people", "Awaiting start"]). But not sure if this is the best way to handle it.
Example to run everything: dune exec -- whatwhat --notify="slack" --person="Katriona Goldmann" --issue="1214"
