Use Tofino as font #25

I feel like these need some attention (better font stack, enabling features, etc.)

Replace all Adelle with Tofino Book and Medium

This will require a bit of a work-around since you probably you can’t do the automatic publishing unless all the files are on GitHub, and you probably don’t want the font files here.

I had a similar problem with my own site and the Lost Type blog, though, so I should be able to copy that approach.
