add Irish trad sample dataset #21

Planning something on the scale of covers80, but a tougher challenge to demonstrate how a specific folk musical culture presents a different mathematical problem to solve than pop music. Currently thinking to do 80 reels, perhaps specifically selected to have a diversity of form structures to present a problem for which coarse-to-fine alignment may be particularly needed. For example, a good fraction of the reels having samples of both AABB and BBAA variants. What other types of musical diversity should I build into this dataset of reels?

Reels50hard is published and live: https://www.irishtune.info/public/MLdata.htm Next step is to build it into the main training hyperparameters as an optional testset to use on any model's training run, and add instructions in README.md.

Also planned is a Reels50easy test dataset. But first I want to wrap up issue #23
