@GBruening i'll wait to merge until you get a look at this too. The breakout room 2 and 3 handouts should probably be formatted similarly, so any formatting ideas you have for breakout 3 can be implemented now in breakout 2 as well. I'll let you and @ross-wilkinson decide on what they'll look like, but I think the content/changes in this PR are good.

Looks fine to me. Though we may want to clean up the code and commenting a bit.

Should rename the 'reviewer_comments.md' to breakout_2.md?
