Mostly Al50 analysis, but also overlap fixes and a new PrimaryGeneratorAction mode

Al50 configs/scripts, often copied and renamed from other files around. For instance, Al50 geo card was copied from the Al100. Otherwise new files are preceded with jq_* usually
Most importantly for other people, geo cards SiT, back_wall, collimator, SiL, and SiR had overlap fixes
PrimaryGeneratorAction has a new localhisto position mode, which just takes a TH3 of muon stops in target local coordinates.
There was a bug in PrimaryGeneratorAction where the phi angle was counted twice in one of the direction modes. This was fixed. Some other things in the file were also modified for conciseness and clearness (I think).
