keyboard shortcuts for new, open, pan #27

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

First 2 are done. The last one will take a bit more effort.

Shift-arrows are going to be too much of a conflict with the editor and 
interpreter.

I've set it up with alt-arrows instead. Hopefully that works everywhere. Not so 
sure if Mac has the same modifier keys.

If the penguin has moved off the screen (causing it to track with it, panning 
pans from the origin, instead of from the current view).

Yea. Panning was pretty messed up. Should be much better now.

I'm also thinking of switching zoom shortcuts to alt = and alt - to match the 
shortcuts for panning (since I could not get ctrl-arrows to work for panning).

View pan/zoom shortcuts are now all using Alt-*  (arrows, =, -)
Moved editor font size to Ctrl-* (=, -)
Using Ctrl-N for new editor document. (No shortcut now for whole new pynguin 
file, which is much less common anyhow).
