The build fail seems to be related to network, which should be fixed by #26. You can see the passing build here : https://github.com/gnutix/PHP-dataURI/pull/2/checks

@alchemy-fr merge this important fix, please. It fixes really terrible bug.

@nevmerzhitsky I stopped using the library because of it. As you can see, it's not really active...
