Style like a Granite DatePicker.

Can use https://github.com/chemerisuk/better-dateinput-polyfill as a polyfill.

I guess not many sites use these input elements anyways as browsers have been slow to implement this useful aspect of HTML5, so delaying the implementation of this won't do much harm.
