This fixes a lot of issues

• Build process: -- DBG=1 works in more places -- Newer gcc versions work with error on warn enabled -- make distclean works
• Compiler: -- ebcdic removed(!) -- foam audit works much better -- Types such as Union(x: Int) and Union(x: Cross(A, B)) work better -- Lazier checking of type constraints -- 'apply' implicit operators are now taken into account even if other meanings exist. -- handles recursive types (eg. Module(%)) better -- Generates annotations for use in an IDE
• Library: -- Basic dnf datatype -- toString and fromString now supported on all Output and Input types -- Lisp SExpression type -- Fold operations, eg. (+)/(x for x in 1..10) will add all numbers between 1 and 10.

Sure - I'll see if ralf wants to comment on the aldor stuff. Any review comments would be appreciated if you have time & interest (there's probably a couple of errors lurking around). Code has been rebased to take out anything I've spotted in the past.

Apologies for the patch bomb by the way, it's only recently that I've really wanted to make a release.

Any objections to merging this branch?

My current plan is to tag a new release fairly soon, but only after I've got my intellij plugin into a releasable state. It may require a couple more compiler changes, so hence the delay in updating the version number.
