Add an option to keep quotes trimmed #17

Try detecting non-quoted content and extracting it from the trimmed part. Worst case scenario - the parser untrims the whole trimmed part.

Thay's a shame - I rarely want to see the quoted text from prior emails, but I always want to see all new content in the email.

I can keep this open, but I'm not going to work on new features, I'm afraid.

A simple option (or just change without option) to keep the button:
