Add message keyword #151

Hi there!

Sadly I have not had the time yet to submit the new Pascal grammar to Linguist; I've been busy with college and setting up Linguist on my machine has thus far been troublesome.

In the meantime, I did add a new keyword I found to the grammar file, namely the keyword message. See: https://www.freepascal.org/docs-html/3.2.0/ref/refsu31.html
