When will IOS be supported?

At the moment this is not possible, because the application is an assistant for the Windows operating system option and is used to install applications more easily only on Android

As @FullyRealist said, this application is an installer, does not provide a subsystem implementation, and depends on Windows Subsystem for Android which is developed by Microsoft; in short this is not likely never happening
