While this is confusing behavior, fixing it is more complex than it would seem (see also comment on #72). Also, apart from being confusing, there is no risk of corrupting user data so, given that I am sort on time, I will not fix this.
Hi @idealist1508 , I reopened this issue, as it seems I misunderstood the actual problem. Actual problem is that new databases cannot be created on Linux, because the wrong file dialog is used. Is this the case?
Yes, a new database cannot be created on Linux.
In Linux, when creating a new database, an incorrect dialog (open) appears instead of correct one (save).
Only overwrite is available.
