build 任务无法结束 #650

Describe the bug

vite 配置了 css: { preprocessorOptions: { scss: { api: 'modern-compiler' // or "modern" } } } 之后特定情况build任务无法结束

这个特定情况太诡异了，我没法实现最小重现，因为可能是同一个vue文件，复制一个一样的，就不会结束了。构建是完成的，但是会一直卡着，所以build:win这些都无法走到electron-builder
