Alexa proactive notification #141

I am new in Alexa development and downloaded and set up the Alexa app from play store and I am trying to send a custom notification to my Alexa app installed on my phone. I'm trying the proactive API to send a notification. Is there any way to link mobile Alexa device to "alexa.amazon.com" please help me out. Any comment will be highly appreciated.
