Paraguay Electricity Exports do not show up for year 2017 #253

Exports for 2017 should be around 4000 ktep (I don't have info on export values in USD, sorry)

@rlestevez I had the same observation (see the linked bug). In my point of view oec.world is not useful in this regard. I advice you to use http://atlas.cid.harvard.edu instead.

It is true that electricity does not show up in CEPII data, but there is also the raw (uncleaned) SITC data found in the dataset dropdown:
