New format for metadata sheets for CoRal-data #52

The current sentences.xlsx sheet has id, sentence as its columns. A column containing the filenames in which the sentence is spoken should be added. This information is already available in the recordings.xslx sheet.

In case a sentence has been recorded twice two rows should be added. Note that some sentences occur more than once, which must also be taken into account, somehow.
