macOS Feature Request: use ~/Library/Application Support for data files #252

On macOS it is standard for apps to keep data files in the user's Application Support folder.

It would be great fallout2-ce searches for data in ~/Library/Application\ Support/fallout2-ce first before checking the current directory.

(The same is applicable for fallout1-ce too).
