Can we get a Traditional Chinese version? #424

There is a GitHub project about an unofficial Traditional Chinese version of Fallout 2 (FO2_UPU_TChinese) that allows playing the game in Traditional Chinese on PC. However, I want to play Fallout 2 on my iPhone, and the only option available is the Fallout 2 Community Edition. Therefore, I must ask if it is possible to integrate this language into the Community Edition?

There is an existing PR for adding support for TrueType fonts, but unfortunately it seems that @alexbatalov has abandoned us and it will never get merged unless someone else with similar levels of experience forks this project and continues its development.
