number of branch icons next to switch statement is unbounded...collapse to numeric counts after some point? #25

These icons next to a switch aren't useful to me, because I'm really just looking for uncovered lines within the individual cases. Though I don't know if it's possible for this extension to determine whether it's a switch from lcov output.

actually I was confused, I didn't realize the checks indicate the number of branches. Still seems like it would probably be good to collapse them into a number after some point though?
