TalkBack speaks a lot of unneeded images (graphics) #291

I've updated TalkBack to the stable 3.4.0 release from Google Play on an LG
Optimus L5 (e610) with Android 4.0.3 and after the update, TalkBack started
announcing a lot of unneeded graphics located in menus and screens (eg. in the
"Settings" of Android, in the notification area, etc.). With the beta 2 of
TalkBack 3.4.0 this did not happen. Strangely enough, this does not happen on a
Samsung Galaxy Express GT-I8730 with the same version of TalkBack and Android
4.1.2.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update TalkBack to the latest stable release (3.4.0).
2. Start exploring the screen in places such as "Settings" and the notification
area. For most of the graphics located in those areas, TalkBack announces them.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: TalkBack should not read the graphics for the icons in those menu and
list items and for the icons for the toggles in the notification area.
Actual result: TalkBack reads all those icons.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TalkBack 3.4.0 Final.
Android 4.0.3.

Android tablet running 4.04 (CM9) with Talkback 3.4.0

Multiple unlabelled buttons spoken by TB from the notification area.
It is like TB is speaking everything in the notification area in addition
instances of unlabelled buttons.
It is like Talkback is speaking more than what is there...
As if sometimes it thinks they are unlabelled and sometimes they are not.

While going into the all apps list in the app manager to confirm TB version I
noticed TB reporting unlabelled many times...
For example, every time it encounters the TB icon it reports unlabelled image.
That is on the app list as well as the details for the selected app.
When you tap at the top of the details screen for a selected app it reads from
the top.
When it does this there are more unlabelled images reported and the buttons are
not spoken.
When you EBT the buttons they are spoken correctly.

I'm curious as to the differences between these devices. Are they in different
locales by any chance?

Sorry, I don't really understand your question...
The tablet I was using in that report was located in the USA.

Is the language set to US English as its default language?

In my case, the phone is in bulgarian language for its interface.
