Add ability to create ephemeral recurrences #9

There will be an option to show/hide ephemeral recurrences from the budget window. These would be where you could enter "Food Expenses", "Gasoline", and other regular stuff like that. These ephemeral transactions would automatically clear once their day has passed. They would possibly even be deleted.

Rain-or-Shine payments are things you pay daily/weekly NO MATTER WHAT. The groceries, the fuel, the kids lunch money. These are things that you'll pay out each time that are a sure bet. Each day (or week) your budget will automatically adjust for these payments without any calculations or physical work from you. Pretty cool, huh? I mean, who doesn't want to minimize their budget work?
