automatically pull roster from pairup #17

Right now we pull the roster from an Oncourse/Onestart export.

c211 requests that we should instead pull the roster automagically from pairup. 
This is the roster they actually maintain.

When we pull from pairup, you should also be able to tell the 'section' a 
student is in. Then you should be able to grade all of the students in that 
section via a view.

WE don't need to pull the roster. We will just grade assignments as they come 
in.
