Book Travel Hotels

This is something that should be done through the Uni booking, but can be wangled through on a cash advance. Book the 2 travel hotels. The steps are as follows;

• Find a cheap hotel, either a campanile or a formula 1 that isn't in a city centre.
• Get a form from finance, fill it out with the right budget code, get it signed by Sanja.
• Also email the dates and details of the hotels to finance, help them out as much as you can.
• When you have a confirmation from finance make sure Gareth has a copy.
• The dates should be;
  -- Strasbourg - Wednesday 04/07/12 - 1 night. -- Luxembourg - Sunday 15/07/12 - 1 night.

There may be an admin charge here, you should find out. This usually takes about a week to sort.
