Mission Timer #4

We need to create a node which we set the limit on the time, if a run is 5minutes, we need to set this timer to 4:30(?) for example so that we are never underwater at the end of a run, thus losing all points.

This needs to be easily changeable as well so the time should be set in a text file and read in at launch? Probably best.
