We're going to have to do a little bit of re-work here, most of the internal wiring is pretty good but there's some infrastructure change happening so there's going to be some minor changes on the inside, creating a proper bus like system would be good, I guess this all sort of depends on how the RP blades go (racks for hardware in the tube). However the external wiring is a mess, the blue patch box initially seemed like a good idea but using it the way it was intended was just too stressful and the motor patch system is massive overkill and it looks terrible and it weighs a ton.
So plan out the new wiring system and write a Wiki about how it all goes together. We could use this thread to discuss wiring ideas.

Tether capability, we could probably power the logic over the Ethernet tether there are 4 spare wires in the cable and PoE standard is 15W. This would save us a lot of time testing if we could tether the motor power as well, in which case we would need a bit beefier cable than what we have.
