Problems with Dataset when reproducing the result #3

Hi, I didn't find anything about gene TSS chromosome or gene TSS position in the sci-CAR dataset(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE117089) since you have saidthe RNA-seq dataset must include annotations for the genomic position of the transcription start site (TSS) for each gene in its adata.var DataFrame. Could you please tell me what I can do to get these annotations? image

Another question, I have downloaded sci-CAR dataset but find the cell quantity do not consistent with the paper that 3,260 human lung adenocarcinoma-derived A549 cells and there also contains mouse genes in the gene list...
