Missing method - Ext.onReady(Function) #149

In v0.9.2 - the Ext.onReady method has not been wrapped.

This is useful for e.g. having a 'Loading' progress bar in the window 
until all js/css files have been downloaded.

I've added this method for completeness, but this effectively equates to GWT's
onModuleLoad call of the entry point.
