What is this task?

Design an original piece of digital art that depicts "inclusivity", issue it as an NFT on Algorand. Inspire us! Please no copyrighted or illegal content. Color, pattern and style implementations based on the following brand guidelines (https://algorand.foundation/ecosystem/community-resources) are welcome, but please refrain from altering the Algorand logos as they are trademark protected.

Judging Criteria and Metrics

• NFT digital art submissions will be evaluated by the Algorand Community team, and the top submissions awarded the bounty. Submissions including copyrighted/trademarked images, illegal or disrepectful content will be disqualified from claiming bounty.
• Please refrain from using imagery related to racism, sexism, age-ism, violence, sexual violence, anti-LGBTQ, CSAM, inappropriate usage of children’s image, and weapons.
• Each applicant is only eligible to be awarded once per bounty.
• Please do not post responses or submissions to other platforms.

Submission Procedure

• [ ] Issue the artwork on Algorand as an NFT.
• [ ] Submit artwork, original GitHub URL & ASA ID using this form: https://forms.gle/DyQgo7guT3nig78t6
• [ ] Send a message on the Gitcoin bounty that you've made a submission, with your username so the Algorand team can review it,

By doing so, you agree that Algorand has the right to use and distribute and/or use the clip for any lawful purpose; that you release Algorand from any claims related to its publication; and that you are at least 18 years of age and have read and understand this release.

• Taking this bounty task means you have agreed to our Bounty Agreement terms and policies.
• All project codes should be published on GitHub, with MIT license or Apache V2 license.
• All contributions/PRs to public (Algorand) repositories should be open source and should follow the contributions rules of the relevant repository.
• All non-codes documents should be using Markdown format.
• In the project description or repository readme, there should be a proper security notice. E.g., it should tell the visitor the project is not audited and should not be used in a production environment.
• You are not eligible to receive additional rewards through other Algorand programs like the developer ambassadors program.

I have artwork complete for this bounty, but frankly, the pull request creation process has me at a loss. I'm assuming "PR" in the form refers to pull request? How do I create one for this specifically?
