Need a call to quickly center the data based on a particular date or just center on data

Should be able to implement something like centerData(mostCurrentDate);

Or centerOnThisEvent(someEvent);

Call built in to BandOptions-- setDate...

Added function to ITimeLineRenderer to force implementation in any derived 
classes.
