Adds a new section on metadata to DATA_FORMAT.md
Renames references to Nucmorph Colorizer to Timelapse Colorizer
Updates the example dataset with metadata
Adds metadata-writing support to convert_nucmorph_data.py.

I did add support for checking the AICSImage pixel size properties, but I'm fairly certain neither EMT dataset defines these because they all default to a pixel size of 1 ://

@toloudis re-requesting your review with the new changes! I ran the scripts without issues for testing and I'm currently regenerating the EMT datasets to add dimension data.
