"Paper not found" error for an existing paper #146

Describe the bug API call for an existing paper fails with "paper not found"

To Reproduce This query should return information on the paper, but {"error":"Paper with id dca370dcdb7395bc19e68b101c3aa184495b5f85 not found"} is returned instead.

Expected behavior Response would contain info on the paper

Additional context This sometimes happens with other papers
