Add French translations

French translations for Issue #35

I'm not a native speaker of French but I was in French Immersion for 12 years. I double checked my translations with bonpatron.com and wordreference.com

I'm not sure how to run ./gradlew checkstyle.

I always get this error despite downgrading to JDK 10 and then JDK 8.

Module java.se.ee not found

I'm on Linux Mint 20.

It looks good on my phone though
