Update F-Droid build #337

The latest commit in the repo is from 2022 while the latest version in F-Droid is 2020. https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.todobom.opennotescanner/

If a new release is tagged, then its easy for F-Droid to update

Afraid the changes are minor, not well tested, and the app is no longer compatible with modern Android versions (from at least API level 33).

I've used it on Android 14 and it works still. Not as well as before, but still useful
